It possesses 97 rooms. These include standard rooms, but also renovated Z Deluxe rooms, Deluxe Junior Suites and two-spaced Grande Suites which have the best mattresses and upper mattresses of the market, made by the company of Coco-Mat. In order to cover the needs of our clients with the best possible way, Family Rooms, rooms for people with special needs and non-smocking rooms are also available.
Hotel Z Palace & Congress Center owns two spacious, private, exterior parking lots and an underground, closed one, in order to make your stay in Xanthi city even more comfortable. The hotel’s services also include free Wi-Fi internet with professional equipment, business room with two al -in-one computers and printer, laundry service, modern gym, sauna, summer pool, hair saloon and massage (upon request) as well as concierge service for all the needed touristic information and reservations of activities in the city of Xanthi.
The hotel areas have bar and restaurants so that you can enjoy your drink or unique Mediterranean tastes, made by our team of chefs, which has an experience of 35 years in HO.RE.CA services. A special honor for us, is the “Greek Breakfast” certification of our breakfast, which is served in a specially designed and renovated area.

History
The story of Z Palace in Xanthi began in 2000, when a bold vision took shape. Its founders, after many years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry abroad, returned with a clear ambition: to create something that had been missing from the region until then. A space that would redefine the concept of hospitality and raise the standard of dining and accommodation in Xanthi.
Over the years, Z Palace has become not just a destination, but a vibrant meeting place for people and experiences. The evolution, however, never stopped. From 2019 to 2022, the Z Palace entered a new era through an extensive renovation program, redefining the experience it offers its guests.
